WHAT HAPPENS IF IT BREAKS?
If your permanent jewelry piece breaks, we’ve got you covered! We understand that things happen, and are happy to offer free repairs for any breakage within reason. Simply reach out to us, and we’ll repair your jewelry to ensure it’s back to its original condition.
WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE?
We use high-quality, hypoallergenic materials to ensure your permanent jewelry is durable and comfortable for everyday wear. Our pieces are made from 14k gold filled and sterling silver. Each are chosen for their strength, beauty, and resistance to tarnishing.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
It depends on the number of pieces and the complexity of the design. For individual appointments, the process typically takes around 15 minutes per piece. Group bookings or events may take longer depending on the number of people and pieces involved.
DO YOU OFFER REPAIRS?
Yes - and they’re free! We understand that things happen, and if your jewelry needs a fix, we're happy to take care of it. If the breakage is extensive or caused by something outside normal wear and tear, we’ll discuss options for repair or replacement for a fee.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Prices typically range from $35 for rings to $95 for necklaces, with other customizations available for a fee. We offer different booking tiers, so whether you're looking for a single piece or multiple pieces for a group event, we have options that will suit your budget.
WHAT IF I NEED TO REMOVE IT?
Removing your jewelry is a simple process. Although the jewelry is designed to be worn long-term without a clasp, it can easily be removed by cutting it with scissors or wire cutters. If you'd like, you can also return to Strands, and we’ll safely remove it for you.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
Unfortunately, because each piece is custom-fitted, we do not offer refunds. However, we are committed to ensuring you're happy with your piece. If you experience any issues or need adjustments, we’re more than happy to make things right.
